(that was what I said to my self when I firstly got the keys in hand)

"I decided to finish all renovations plan first before fill it fully with things like appliances, cabinets, bed, or etc.

I knew I need fund to do all the renovations but it must go on, so I had to do it in many steps and it could takes few years.

First floor –backyard & living room (original construction & lay out since the handover day, 2005)

the 2^nd renovation (in 1^st half of 2009)

Available area at the backyard has been reserved for additional bedroom in next project

moved the stairs for roof access to the other side of backyard

added bath-tube in each bathroom at 2^nd floor

modification of balcony's door at 2^nd floor to improve durability against rain water

modification of the front side gate for more functionality, extend the floor and secured with wrought irons

new look with new balcony, side gate & paint color
